Exploring Saint John’s urban park, Rockwood Park, just got better by bike! The parks multi-use trails truly gets you in touch with nature with many trails, lakes & picnic sites to enjoy. Inside Out Nature Centre & Millennium Cycle & Sport offers you bike rentals by the hour, day or half day! All equipment is provided.

This is really what family adventure is all about! Reservations and Major credit card deposit are required.

Osprey Adventures

Osprey Adventures is the dream of Rafe Hooper who has spent his life exploring the Kennebecasis River system. His vision is to share this wonderful rich ecosystem with you.

Explore the Kennebecasis marshlands and enjoy a variety of wildlife and flora. We have a number or canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards to allow you to experience this amazing area. Enjoy a solitary paddle or engage one of our expert guides to give you a comprehensive histroy of the area and describe the diversity of life that exists in the marshlands.

The river is tidal and the freshwater marsh is one of the largest and most diverse of its kind.
